Fr4cta4l is an audiovisual project that explores the generation of fractals and point-based systems using Resolume and TouchDesigner. The piece combines abstract and dynamic visuals, where fractals transform in real time through effects and interactive manipulations.
In TouchDesigner, fractal structures are generated using algorithms and shaders, resulting in infinite and geometric patterns. These visuals are then sent to Resolume, where they are blended with distortion effects, layering, and compositing to create an immersive experience.
The project plays with the relationship between order and chaos, exploring how fractal forms emerge from mathematical rules and evolve into organic, moving compositions. Additionally, the visualization through point-based systems adds a digital and ethereal aesthetic, evoking the style of glitch art and generative art.
